Burgoon House

Burgoon House is a lovely bright & modern 2-story cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located right on the water.

The house offers fantastic views of the lake from all rooms with 1 bedroom/1 bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom upstairs. There’s a stone fireplace in the living room alongside a spacious kitchen/dining area.

The deck is on the lake with a firepit on the beach. The open lawn is shared with Norton House and they are surrounded by cedar woods.

Burgoon House sleeps 6. Sorry, no pets allowed.

During the summer season, the cottages are available only by the week, from Saturday afternoon through the following Saturday morning. Price for the week (7 nights) is $1795 + tax.

During Spring and Autumn, the cottages can be rented by the night, with a 3-night minimum. Price per night is $300/night + tax.

There is a damage deposit for all first time renters.

Unfortunately, we do not offer single night rentals.
